Your stats and monthly report
See how many people visit your site and get in touch, and get last month's numbers by email on the 1st.
Your site counts how many people visit and how many get in touch, without cookies, so you don't need a cookie banner. You'll find the numbers in Stats, and on the 1st of each month we email you last month's. It's included in every plan, and there's nothing to set up.

Click Stats in the left menu of the editor.
- The last 30 days shows your visits, the taps on your site, your form messages, and bookings and orders if you take them. Under it are your three most visited pages.
- Month by month shows the same numbers for each of the last 12 months, newest first. The current month is counted so far.
A dash means visits weren't counted yet that month, for example before your site launched.
What the numbers mean
- Visits: each time someone comes to your site. Someone who looks at five pages counts as one visit.
- Calls and Texts: taps on your phone number or a text link. Most happen on phones, where a tap starts the call.
- Directions: taps on a map or directions link (Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze).
- Booking links: taps on a link to a booking service like Calendly, Square Appointments or OpenTable, or opening a booking calendar.
- Messages: messages sent through your forms, not counting spam. See Forms and your inbox.
- Bookings and Orders: from your Bookings and Online store, when you have them.
A tap means someone started to call, text, get directions or book, so it's the best sign of how many people your site brings to you. We count only that it happened: nothing about the person is saved.
The monthly email
On the 1st of each month, in the morning your time, every owner of the account gets an email with last month's numbers in a few plain sentences, and how visits changed from the month before. If you have more than one site, they're all in one email.
It also lists anything that needs your attention:
- messages you haven't answered for more than 2 days
- follow-ups whose date has gone by (see Follow up on leads)
To stop the email, open Stats and turn off Email me a report on the 1st of each month. Turn it back on any time.
Your own analytics
If you added your own Cloudflare Web Analytics token under Integrations, your visits go to your own Cloudflare account instead, and Stats shows a dash for visits. Everything else is still counted.
Still stuck?
Try it on the live demo first; nothing you do there is saved. If you’d rather have a person do it, ask for a work request from your dashboard. You’ll get a quote before any work starts.
