Every change is quoted before it starts. Approve it, or don’t, and pay nothing.
AI changes and work requests are paid from prepaid credits, starting at $20. Charging a card for every small job would add about 9% in card fees.

Asking for help is free. Send a support request and our assistant answers most of them in minutes, using the help center and your site’s own status. Billing, domain and canceling questions go to a person at no charge, and so does anything that’s our fault. If you want a person to make changes or build something, you get a quote first and pay nothing until you approve it.
Describe the change you want, like a new section or a different layout. You see the price before anything runs. If the result fails our checks, or you decide not to use it, you pay nothing.
Yes. Monthly plans end at the end of the month you cancel in, and yearly plans at the end of the year. Your site stays online until then.
Yes. Your words and photos are yours. If you leave, we can send you a copy of your site.
