Share your menu and print its QR code

Visitors can share your menu or price list in a tap, and you can print a QR code for tables, the counter or the window that always opens the current one.

Every Price list / menu section comes with a Share button for visitors and a QR code for you to print. There's nothing to set up.

Visitors share your menu

A Share button sits above the list. On a phone it opens the phone's own share menu, with Messages, Instagram, WhatsApp and the rest. On a computer it lists Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Email and Copy link.

When the list has three or more groups, it has jump links, and each group gets its own small share button next to its name. That link opens the page right at the group, so people can send just your drinks or your lunch specials.

To take the button off, open the section and turn off Show a Share button.

  1. In Pages, open the page with your menu and click its Price list / menu section.
  2. Below the section's fields, find QR code for this list.
  3. Click Print a sign for a page with the code, your list's heading, your business's name and your web address, ready to print. Or click Download for a picture of the code to put on table tents, a window sticker or your own design.

Scanning the code opens your menu on your site, right at the list. It always shows what you last published, so you can change prices without printing again. The sign says "Scan with your phone's camera" in English, and in Spanish too if your site has Spanish.

Before you print

  • Publish first. If the menu or its page isn't on your live site yet, or you've changed the page's web address, the editor says so under the code. Until you publish, the code would open a page without your menu.
  • Your own domain. The code uses your site's address. If you're about to connect your own domain, print once it's connected, so the sign shows your own address. See Connect your own domain.
  • Moving the page later is fine: when you change a live page's web address, the old one sends visitors to the new one, so printed codes keep working. See Redirects.

To print a QR code for your reviews instead, see Print a QR code for reviews.

Still stuck?

Try it on the live demo first; nothing you do there is saved. If you’d rather have a person do it, ask for a work request from your dashboard. You’ll get a quote before any work starts.
