Yoga, fitness and dance studios

A website that fills your classes

A schedule people can read on their phone, a button that books a spot, a waiver they sign before they arrive and a pass they can buy. That is most of what a studio’s site has to do.

The plan with the add-ons we’d suggest: $22 a month billed yearly ($26 month to month).

How a studio uses it

Start with the plan alone and add what you need when you need it. Nothing here is a separate login.

  1. Publish the weekly schedule

    Bookings & RSVPs · +$5/mo

Classes with a time, a teacher and a number of spots. People sign up from their phone, get a spot or a place on the waitlist, and you see who’s coming.

  2. Sell class packs

    Bookings & RSVPs · +$5/mo

Offer “5 classes” or “10 classes” in one purchase. Customers use a class each time they book with just their email, and you can see who holds which pack and add packs you sell at the front desk.

  3. Collect waivers before they arrive

Signed forms and waivers · +$2/mo

Students sign a waiver, a photo release or a waiver for a child with a finger on their phone. You and they each get a PDF copy. A booking can require the signature.

  4. Introduce your teachers

    In the plan

A team page with a photo and a few words for each teacher, and a profile page for each. Drawn faces from the studio work as stand-ins until the photos arrive.

  5. Keep students coming back

    Newsletter sending · +$4/mo

The new session, a workshop, a teacher’s retreat. Everyone who signs up goes on your contacts list, and a short newsletter reaches them without a separate email service.

  6. Turn new students into reviews

    Review requests · +$3/mo

After someone’s first class, a friendly email asks for a Google review with one button.

  7. Sell mats, gear and gift cards

Online store · +$10/mo · if you need it

A small shop on the same site for mats, water bottles and gift certificates. Pickup at the front desk, or shipping.

  8. Tell people when you’re closed

    Free tool

Holiday and teacher-training closures show on the site, and you can print a holiday hours sign for the door or post one to Instagram.
