Veterinary clinics and pet care

A website that answers a worried pet owner in seconds

Someone is on your page because an animal is sick, or because they’re choosing a vet. Show the number, say what to do after hours, and let new clients book and sign forms before they walk in.

The plan with the add-ons we’d suggest: $24 a month billed yearly ($28 month to month).

How a clinic or pet business uses it

Start with the plan alone and add what you need when you need it. Nothing here is a separate login.

  1. Put the phone and the after-hours plan first

    In the plan

A call bar keeps your number one tap away. Say in a line what to do after hours and which emergency hospital to call, and keep the contact form for non-emergencies.

  2. Let new clients book a first visit

    Bookings & RSVPs · +$5/mo

Exams, vaccines and dental visits as appointments, with the time each takes, and a deposit on the visits where you want one. Already use practice software with its own scheduler? Link to it instead.

  3. Sell puppy and kitten plans

    Bookings & RSVPs · +$5/mo

A plan that covers a set number of visits is a pack: customers buy it once and use a visit each time they book. Set what a pack holds to visits, not classes.

  4. Collect consent and new-client forms before they arrive

Signed forms and waivers · +$2/mo

Owners sign a treatment consent or a boarding form with a finger on their phone. You and they each get a PDF copy, and a booking can require the signature. Don’t ask for anything you don’t need to treat the animal.

  5. Collect a bill by link

    Payment requests · +$2/mo

Send a payment request for a balance, a deposit or a prescription refill, and the client pays by card on their phone, straight into your own Stripe account.

  6. Send reminders and seasonal notes

    Newsletter sending · +$4/mo

Flea and tick season, a vaccine clinic, holiday hours. Everyone who signs up goes on your contacts list, and a short newsletter reaches them without a separate email service.

  7. Turn good visits into reviews

    Review requests · +$3/mo

The day after a visit, a friendly email asks for a Google review with one button. You see who clicked.

  8. Introduce the team and what you treat

    In the plan

A page for each vet and technician with a photo and a few words, and a plain list of the animals you see and the ones you refer elsewhere.

Questions

What owners ask

No. Your practice software keeps the medical records and the schedule. Link to its client portal from a button, or use the bookings add-on for first visits and plans on your own site.

Yes, with the signed forms add-on. They sign with a finger on their phone, and you and they each get a PDF. The forms shouldn’t collect health records: ask only what you need to schedule and treat.

Say your hours and name the 24-hour hospital you send emergencies to, near the top of the home page, and put “not for emergencies” on the contact form. Only claim round-the-clock care if a vet is really there.
